Paul has been working with small and medium sized businesses for nearly 30 years and is a specialist in strategic planning, product development and Go-to-Market strategies. He brings his extensive global experience and cultural understanding to local challenges to deliver results.

Raised in the United Kingdom before attending university in the United States, Paul has lived in 9 different countries during his career and is now settled in Estonia.
Paul holds an MBA degree in Marketing.

As a visual artist, Christel is able to conceptualise and communicate business ideas in ways that are fresh and contemporary.
Her formal training in graphic design combined with her artistic approach provides the foundation for understanding target marketing and messaging to produce work that resonates with the target audiences.
Christel is a native Estonian and fluent in both Estonian and English.
Christel holds an BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design.
